A unique and easy way to learn how to pray

I had the privilege of reading Denise's book, I found it to be very inspiring.  I read Pray, Pray, Pray ...But How? at a very difficult time in my life.  This book helped me to be calm and reasonable while dealing with one of my children.  I would recommend this book to all who want to understand God and get closer to Him.  Thank you for the opportunity to read your book.

Growing up in the environment that I grew up in, my understanding of God and my belief in God diminished. It was hard for me to see a kind and loving God. As I read the book Pray, Pray, Pray ...But How?, I saw God in a different light. This book made a great impact on me and my spiritual life. I didn't know how to pray and was feeling at a loss, my understanding of God was shaky. Reading Denise's book gave me home and peace knowing I do have a connection to God. This book is a true gift for everyone, especially those who need a hand with their connection to their higher power.

You can also use this book to refresh your prayer life. “Pray, Pray, Pray…” is a must have for every new Christian and those who have fallen away from Christ. The book was very engaging and presented the truths of prayer in an easy to understand and implement way. The anecdotes you shared were both amusing and touching. It is a book that I can read over and over again!  I think being still and listening to God is the hardest part of my life because I want Him to answer my prayers with "yes"! Over the years I have learned that He doesn't answer with "yes" but many times with "wait".   This books helps me to understand why it is necessary to "wait". There is no specific way or formula in how to pray.  If there were then I would not learn to wait on God who knows me so well! I like the part of your testimony when you said to pray even when you were angry at God or didn't want to.  That is when we need to pray! I also enjoyed reading your Bible references you were led to write. Your prayers are appreciated. You make me think over what I am praying to God. I ask what is my motive? How do you God want me to pray?  I ask for help!!!
